Most of OAC (Oludeniz Activity Centre’s) activities come with a 24-hour free cancellation policy. As a result, users can cancel their bookings at any time up to 24 hours before the activity is scheduled to begin. Users following the aforementioned policy will be able to receive full refunds on their bookings.
Additional information about cancellations can be found in the booking voucher, as all cancelable bookings will have a specific deadline that users have to adhere to. Thus, your booking can be either partially refundable, fully refundable, or non-refundable. Lastly, refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days and will be credited to the payment method that was used for making the booking.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
